Designed in 1993 by Prince Kasimir Korybut on a previous coconut plantation, the villa was extensively renovated in 2012 which created one of the most picture-perfect villas in Jamaica. Located only a minute away from Round Hill Resort where you will enjoy complimentary membership with comprehensive entertainment options with its hotel, beach, excellent cuisine and themed beach parties available to our guests.
The furniture and fabric reflect the Caribbean culture and an aura of comfort and elegance. The bedrooms are all air conditioned, with private bathrooms, king-sized or twin beds and large louvered doors open out to the walled garden. The fourth bedroom has a private entrance to be the ideal private hideaway and is detached from the main villa.
The high-ceilinged living room has been fitted with tall library shelves that house an extensive selection of movies and books, 6-speaker sound system and cable television.
The spacious, tastefully furnished verandah is perfect for afternoon siestas, lovely informal meals or for simply having fun. Apart from the refreshing day time view, the perfect evening view shows the glittering lights of the city, making the verandah the finest setting for romantic candlelight dinners.
The large private swimming pool is only a few steps from the villa and where you will find the second out-door shower. The very spacious gazebo right beside the pool is perfect for poolside meals and peaceful laptop moments.
For pet lovers, Almond Hill is the perfect destination with its own special family dogs which are allowed free access to the grounds and the villa. They love all the guests!

- For larger groups, combine Almond Hill with sister villa Coconut Cottage. Within walking distance yet also quite private, pairing the two will create 9 bedrooms, 2 swimming pools and a combined staff of 13. Both villas have membership at Round Hill Resort.
