"Heloa" is a villa situated on the heights of the Pointe Milou. Due to its situation, the villa benefits from a maximum of sun and is also a perfect sunset villa.

The villa offers a magnificent view of the ocean. It has three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

The living room looks onto the swimming pool and onto the patio behind.

Closest Beach: Lorient Beach and Marigot Beach
Distance to Town: 5 minute drive to Supermarket , 20 minute drive to Gustavia (Capital)
Distance to Airport: 10 minute drive to Gustaf III Airport (SBH)
