One of the most requested villas with one of the best views of Gustavia harbour and the ocean! Villa Serenity is located on top of the private estate of Soleil Couchant on the hillside of Gustavia facing the sunset (Soleil Couchant" means sunset). On this exclusive 6 acre estate, only four villas had permission to be built. The city of Gustavia with its restaurants and shopping area is only at a short walk from these villas. A very nice beach is also only a short walk away, Shell Beach, and the beach of Gouverneur is only a few minutes by car.

This spacious fully private villa is oriented facing the sunset, with a large deck and a pool perfect for avid swimmers. The large living room is open onto the deck, the pool and the ocean view. This contemporary and modern villa has a kitchen with the lastest State of the art equipment, and ocean views from all the rooms (including the bathrooms) of the villa, and the large deck is perfect for suntanning and watching the sunset.
