Staff Details:

1. -Housekeeping: 3 times a week except Sundays + Mexican Holidays; service during exempt dates must be requested in advance ($)
2. *Household staff has scheduled work hours to perform their routine tasks, guests are not permitted to send any service staff away unless managment has been contacted with this request, upon approval, they will inform the employees
3. **Gratuities are of a personal nature, the owners suggest US$5- $10 / guest / day / staff, it is recommended you personally pay each staff directly the last evening/morning of departure
