Staff will be delighted to provide you with a starter kit (e.g. water, coffee, milk, sugar, etc.), cost at guest's expense to be reimbursed upon presentation of receipt(s). NOTE: many imported items are difficult to find and can be more expensive than at home or just not available
3. *Household staff has scheduled work hours to perform their routine tasks, guests are not permitted to send any service staff away unless managment has been contacted with this request, upon approval, they will inform the employees
4. **Gratuities are of a personal nature, the owners suggest US$5- $10 / guest / day / staff, it is recommended you personally pay each staff directly the last evening/morning of departure
