La Magnifica is a brand new villa located on the sunrise side of the island.

Located on the Vitet hillside, this contemporary villa has a wide ocean view of the bay of Toiny.

The villa is very well equipped, with large white sofa, a contemporary kitchen, two very nice bedrooms and a living room that opens onto a deck overlooking the ocean.


NOTE:

  1. The Rose Dog villa is located next door and when rented together they provide a total of 6 bedrooms, perfect for a family or group of friends!

Closest Beach: Marigot, Grand Cul de Sac
Distance to Town: 5 minute drive to Supermarket , 15 minute drive to Gustavia (Capital)
Distance to Airport: 15 minute drive to Gustaf III Airport (SBH)
