The Great Room features blend of tropical rattan, comfortable sofas, Caribbean and other antique pieces, accented by fine fabrics, enjoy the original art, and an entire wall of book cases made of andiroba wood. A desk, computer and printer is available with a powder room nearby. The fully air conditioned Great Room with French doors that opens onto the ocean side allows you to enjoy the breezy trade winds; which leads out to the sun deck and heated swimming pool, which are just a few feet from the water's edge.
Also in the Great Room, a limestone staircase ascends to the two bedroom and bath suites above. This villas breezy upper level offers a view of the pool and patio below, and down Island views of Green Cay in the distance. A large covered balcony with cushioned chaises and benches connects the two suites, but both bedrooms are so well separated and offer total privacy. The cozy air conditioned Buck Island Suite offers, screened windows handcrafted from andiroba wood, and a tiled ensuite bath with twin sinks and a luxurious shower. Chenay Bay an air-conditioned suite with a queen size four-poster bed, arched louvered windows displaying excellent views.
From the east side of the Great Room you will find the, airy and spacious gourmet kitchen and dining area - This Chefs dream kitchen is wonderfully equipped. This room offers generous windows, French doors when open you can enjoy the sea views and feel the, breeze blowing through. Separating the Kitchen from the dining area is a breakfast bar with stools. Set with a large table the dining area is surrounded by French doors that open out to the pool deck on one side, and on the other side to a beautiful Oceanside patio with chaise lounges and cushioned seating for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Enjoy Alfresco dinning on the patio with seating and a large teak table. Along the east side of Island Views, is a smaller patio where you can feel the breeze, and enjoy a sunken hot tub in the garden.
On one side of the pool deck, enjoy the pool's reclining Buddha and waterfall.
Exercise in the air-conditioned, mirrored exercise room to include a Bench-body, weight bench with weight set up to 25 lbs.
