Built by an award-winning developer and previously known as Lockrum Villas, Beaches Edge East and West are two sleek and stylish, oceanfront 5 bedroom/5.5 bath sister villas that are now under new owners.

Each of the chic, 7,000 square foot, contemporary single villas when rented together as an exclusive, private retreat are perfect for accommodating larger parties. Both villas are fully air conditioned, and are just a short 2-minute walk down a path to a secluded stretch of sandy beach on beautiful Pelican Bay.

These stylish island escapes provide a revitalizing, sensory experience of sun, sand and sea. Almost identical in layout, but with slight design nuances that make them still one-of-a-kind, the spacious modern homes use floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors to bring the stunning azure water views and lush gardens indoors.

Upstairs are two identical master suites on each end with two guest suites in the middle. All have huge glass windows to enjoy the view. The fifth bedroom is located on the main floor.
