Signature three to six Bedroom Villas , boast stunning views of the ocean, more spacious outdoor areas and beautifully landscaped lawns lined with vibrant tropical flowers.

Furnishings are upgraded and larger bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms may be closed off and air-conditioned for comfort, offering ample space for guests.

All feature private pools, two feature olympic size, surrounded by verdant landscaping so that almost every villa feels like a private oasis away from it all.

Please note that each Villa is unique and has been beautifully decorated by individual owners to Round Hill's exceptional standards.

Each villa has its own dedicated staff including cottage housekeepers that can prepare breakfast each morning, for an extra charge, along with a dedicated landscaper.

Concierge service: Available to take care of you before and during your stay from airport transfers, car hire, private driver, childcare and excursions, to sporting activities, restaurant recommendations and reservations and room service. You can also schedule appoints a week prior to arrival for the spa, tennis courts, deep sea fishing trips, yacht charter, private sailing tours and sunset cruises.
